    We explore the habits and mindset you need for success and creating long term change.

  • WEEK 2

    We bring awareness to your current nutrition, with food diaries and journals. Self-awareness with curiosity and compassion is our key focus here.

  • WEEK 3 & 4

    We implement the two main nutrition habits that can drastically change everything - without dieting!

  • WEEK 5-9

    We learn how to create & implement balanced meals that fit into your life and your goals. One of the main themes is addition, and not subtraction!

I have a question for you:
