With practice, yoga can come alive and off the mat, as the ideas, space and peace move more into your everyday lives. No experience of yoga required.
The perfect complement to your training, yoga allows you to stretch, breathe, and recover better from your sessions. If you are an existing personal training client, you can ‘bolt on’ yoga to your package for a reduced rate. No experience of yoga required.
