I help people create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, find food freedom, body confidence and feel vibrant and full of energy in themselves again - EMPOWERED.
I'm a personal trainer, nutrition coach and yoga teacher and I coach one-to-one and group programmes in fitness, nutrition and mindset. I have a biochemistry background, a decade of experience in education; I'm a science geek and a wellness fanatic.
