Frequently Asked Questions
What COVID-19 measures do you have in place to ensure safety?
We have carried out a comprehensive risk assessment that is available upon request via email. Class sizes are capped to ensure social distancing, and full hygiene measures are implemented in between classes.
I'm new to yoga, where should I start?
Look out for our beginner courses! Over the course of 4-5 weeks, we break down the poses more, focus on learning how to integrate our breath into our practice and build a strong and stable foundation. It will help build your confidence to try other classes with us.
I'm new to fitness, where should I start?
FIT classes are shaped to meet all levels of fitness, and are designed to be a lower impact way to work out, still with plenty of challenge . Lots of different options will be given for each exercise so you can find the one that best suits your level and your body. All of the FIT sessions are personal-trainer led to help you get the best out of your workout. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class so you can have a chat beforehand and fill in the necessary medical form. If you are a new client, take advantage of our 30 days for £45 to try unlimited classes with us.
What should I do when I arrive?
Ensure you maintain social distancing from anyone else arriving at the studio. If there is not a class scheduled before yours, the studio will open no more than 15 minutes beforehand. Please bring your own water and minimise the amount of belongings you bring with you. Please visit the reception desk to check in for your class. If you are doing a yoga class with us, then please leave your shoes outside of the studio.
Is there somewhere I can get changed?
Currently the changing cubicles and showers are closed, although there is still a bathroom. Please arrive ready for your class.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement. Most people wear gym style clothing, and wearing a couple of layers may be a good idea so you can adjust your temperature throughout your session. Please do not wear strong scents or perfumes. If you are working out with us, please wear indoor trainers.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend you bring a water bottle with you for all classes. Currently, please bring your own mat and props wherever possible. The soft props are not in use. Please minimise the amount of belongings you bring with you.
I'm pregnant, am I still ok to attend class?
Please inform the instructor beforehand if you are pregnant so that they can best look after you. Not all classes are suitable for pregnancy, so please do ask if you are unsure.
If you still have a question, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
