About the Event
In this workshop, we'll start with what mediation is - and what it is not! We'll practice several short guided meditations, with the chance to discuss and ask questions after each one. I'll also introduce you to the importance of breath, and some breathing techniques you can use when you need calm or when you need energising.
Please have a mat and a couple of blankets to hand, as well as a way to sit comfortably. You might like to sit in a chair for some of it or against a wall, propping your lower back and raising your hips.There won't be that much movement so wrap up warm!
