About the Event
Join us in this unique morning to explore how to master your morning, support each other with our goals and enjoy a tasty brunch together.
For the first hour or so, we explore the components of a great morning that set you up for a successful day. For the first section, we will spend time in silence, exploring meditation and intention setting. Silence is a very powerful way to start the day; we so often begin it with the micro-stresses from our alarm and our phones. Meditation causes radical change in our minds and bodies over time, helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
We will then spend some time moving our bodies, moving through a short yoga flow. This will be a playful, fun way to move, and less like a traditional yoga class, with some upbeat tunes to start our day happy. We will stretch, flow, move and maybe sweat a little. All levels of experience of yoga are welcome, including beginners!
For the final section, we will spend some time on goal setting, affirmations, visualisations and journalling. Maybe you've not explored much of this before; together we will discuss and create some useful tools that we can take forward into our own mornings. You'll take away a handy journal to continue with some of the ideas you began here!
Finally, we will share brunch together; expect a variety of warm, comforting hot drinks, and a tasty, nutritious selection of breakfast items. A chance to share, connect and enjoy some time together!
