Even if our minds feel ok, we can hold a lot of tension and stress in our bodies.
In this session, we unpick how to recognise and release stress. We'll move, breathe and chat our way through, so make sure you wear clothes comfortable to move in! We'll work through some easy relaxation practices and chat about our 5 day challenge starting this day too.
We look at how to create healthy sleep habits and evening routines to support sleep. You'll leave with some activites, tools and resources to use again and again.
