About the Event

Come and spend the day with us and give yourself the gift of some self-care, leaving you lighter, warmer and more connected with yourself. 

The day will include: 

  • hot comforting drinks
  • a morning yoga flow
  • delicious vegetarian lunch and snacks
  • meditation workshop
  • restorative yoga 
  • and much more! 

The morning will begin with some intention setting before we begin a vinyasa yoga class. This style of yoga creates strength and suppleness in the body. We will move with our breath, challenege ourselves a little bit and maybe even get a little sweaty as we explore, play and flow. This is an open level class, with lots of different options given throughout, and suitable for all experiences of yoga. If you are completely new to yoga, be sure to drop us a message so we can have a chat before the day.

We will then have lunch together; a two course delicious plant-based meal. During this part of the day we will chat and get to know each other better, and share our experiences and our goals. If you have any food intolerance or allergies, these can be accommodated, just be sure to let us know when you book.

We will then sit down together to a wellness workshop. We will explore a wellness topic, with plenty of time for discussion, questions and sharing our experiences. You will leave with some practical tips on how to incorporate the new ideas into your own life and how they might benefit you. In our previous day retreat we explored meditation, which everyone really engaged with and took a lot from.

We will finish the day with a restorative yoga practice, which is very different from the morning practice! Restorative yoga is long, passive holds, using many props to support you. We let the body fully relax into the pose, allowing tension and stress to leave the body. You will be guided into a state of complete relaxation so that you leave the day feeling relaxed, less stressed and having created a little time and space for yourself.

Your host is Caroline - an experienced PT, coach and 200 hour YTT yoga teacher. She will be on hand to look after you throughout the day, to support you and create a truly special experience for you. If you have any wellness, yoga or coaching questions, feel free to bring them along for you.
